We recommend confirming group numbers early to avoid penalties. Adjustments within reason are accepted until final confirmation.
✓ In cases of emergencies (e.g., medical, visa rejection, or family loss), we may offer full credit or partial refund — subject to documented proof.
✓ If Trust Tours cancels a tour due to weather, technical issues, or insufficient bookings, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
✓ Changes due to force majeure events (e.g., strikes, government bans) will be handled case-by-case.
Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days and returned via the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take longer depending on your bank's processing time.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with refund details once processed. If you haven’t received your refund within 10 days, please contact us.
✓ One-time rescheduling is free if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
✓ Rescheduled tours must be used within 6 months from the original booking date.
✓ If rescheduling is not possible, we may offer full credit valid for a future tour.
✓ Please ensure you are on time and reachable via phone/WhatsApp on the day of your tour.
✓ Missed tours due to late arrival, invalid documents, or missed transport are non-refundable.
✓ Please inform us promptly of any changes to your schedule or travel conditions.
This policy is governed under UK consumer law. Trust Tours reserves the right to modify cancellation terms based on specific tour conditions or operational needs. Customers will be informed in writing of any exceptions before confirming their booking.
