🎯 Private & Custom Tours

Private tours are available 7 days a week with flexible start times. You may request early morning or late evening departures depending on your destination and preferences.

Our most popular private tour start times:

• Morning: 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM
• Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
• Evening: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM

For airport pickups, we adjust according to your flight schedule.

🌤 Seasonal Timings

Summer (April – September): Additional afternoon tours available; longer daylight hours allow extended itineraries.

Winter (October – March): Tours run with slight adjustments to daylight and venue hours. River tours and outdoor visits may end earlier due to sunset.

Holiday Periods: We run tours during Christmas, New Year, and bank holidays with adjusted times. Please check your confirmation email for exact departure details.

⏳ Booking Window & Cutoff

• ✅ Advance Booking Recommended: Book at least 24–72 hours in advance
• 🚨 Last-Minute Booking: Accepted up to 2 hours before tour time (subject to availability)
• 🧾 Group Tours: Minimum 3 days in advance for 10+ people
• 📅 Private Tours: Book at least 24 hours in advance for driver-guide assignment

🚩 Arrival Instructions

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled tour time. Meeting point details (location, contact number, live pin) are provided in your confirmation email.

For group and private tours, your guide will carry a Trust Tours badge and welcome sign.
